Princess seams and a two-part sleeve design help you find that perfect fit.
Fabric suggestions: Mid to heavy weight wovens, such as heavy cotton (eg gabardine or twill weave), or waterproof raincoat fabric. If using wool, use mid-weight only.
Lining fabric - light to mid weight wovens such as silk crepe de chine or polyester. Specialty linings like flannel-backed or Kasha satin can also be used.
Additional supplies: universal needle, top stitching needle (optional), thread, topstitching thread (optional), 12 buttons 25mm/1" wide (preferably shanked), 1 pair of shoulder pads, hand sewing needle, 13cm/5" twill tape (optional), 0.7m double fold bias tape (optional).
