Scissor Pouch Project Box

I'm new to sewing and I really enjoyed making this. It was great to have all the materials provided - no worries about whether I'd bought the right thing as a sewing newbie. A simple, small project that's useful, and let me try new techniques. All the supplied materials are good quality and the instructions are clear.

Really well written instructions and beautiful fabric, I have reused the pattern piece and instructions to make several more as gifts.

I’m a beginner at sewing, and I wanted a few small projects to try before moving on to dressmaking. When I saw this, I thought it looked absolutely adorable and had to have it!

The kit comes with everything you need to complete the project, along with a photo step-by-step guide. I did find some of the instructions a bit tricky, as some of the terminology was new to me. A video tutorial or clearer labeling (like arrows on the pictures) would have made things easier.

I made a small mistake where my lining fabric ended up as the outer fabric, but it still turned out lovely, and I absolutely love the finished product. 10/10 would recommend this to other beginners!
