How do I add a discount code to my order?

Discount codes can be added to your order at the checkout page, when you see the discount code box and prompt for codes.

How do I order a certain length of fabric?

Please be careful to make sure you have selected the correct length you need, as once cut, fabrics cannot be returned unless faulty. If you require a fabric length different to the options given, please add to your basket lengths that add up to your desired length. We cut fabrics as a continuous piece, except for fat quarters. 

Eg. if you require 1.75 metres, add 1x "1.5m" and 1x "0.25m" to your basket and we will send you a continuous length of 1.75m of the selected fabric.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to anywhere in the world! See the Delivery Info page for more details on pricing and delivery times. Just supply us with your full address at checkout!

Can I return items?

Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days to return an item if you are not satisfied. The cost of returning the item lies with the buyer, and we will not refund an item until we have received the goods. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that you send your return by guaranteed post if you wish to guarantee a refund. Cut fabrics count as personalised goods, so under the Regulations, we cannot offer a refund on cut lengths of fabric, unless faulty. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Can I come and view your fabrics?

You can make an appointment to view our fabric collection (and other products) at our office in Christchurch, but we do not yet have a retail outlet. If you want to examine the quality, colour or weight of the fabrics, you can order samples from us for free.

Do you offer Trade accounts?

Yes! Please get in touch with us via phone or email to discuss trade accounts and discounts. We love to help out small businesses with their fabric and textile needs!

Can you send out samples?

Yes, we are happy to send out samples - we realise that you often like to feel a fabric in your fingers to understand it before you buy, which isn't always possible if you don't live nearby! 

To order a sample of any fabric, simply send us an email at info@mysewingbox.co.uk letting us know what samples you would like.
