Delivery Options

We have temporarily suspended delivery to EU destinations due to the effects of Brexit. We are working to find a viable solution to deliver to the EU and will update our delivery destinations in due course when we can resume.

 

    COVID-19 UPDATE

    Please note that during this difficult time, your order may take longer to be processed and delivered than the estimates below - please allow up to 2 weeks for your parcel to arrive before you get in contact with us (UK deliveries - international may be longer). This is due to reduced staffing and greater health and safety measures to ensure everything is handled safely, as well as higher volumes of mail with our couriers. 

    We send most of our deliveries with Royal Mail, who have currently issued this statement:

    "Despite our best endeavours, it is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to coronavirus-related absences at their local mail centre or delivery office.

    We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services. On the 14th March 2020 the US travel ban for passengers from EU countries was extended to include the UK and Ireland and many European countries have also closed their borders. These restrictions apply to the movement of people not goods. Royal Mail’s International services are operational and we continue to accept traffic for destinations across the globe. However, delays are expected due to the authorities in these countries applying special orders e.g. quarantine; or special measures being implemented (e.g. diverting to mail boxes, replacement procedures for obtaining a signature) by the local postal/delivery service to minimise the spread of the virus."

    Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your order, before it goes out for delivery. Orders processed before 4.30pm will be sent out the same working day, and we'll send you a dispatch email to let you know they're on their way. Our warehouse is open for for dispatches Monday-Friday.

    Delivery for regular UK orders is currently £4.50 for standard tracked delivery, and £5.50 for first class tracked delivery. Subscription boxes are sent on an untracked standard service. 

    Most parcels will arrive within 1-2 days and 2-3 days respective of the delivery type selected, but this is not guaranteed. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 working days and the tracking has not updated, please get in touch and let us know! We will you need you to wait for this time to pass until we can process a missing item claim. 

    We send most orders on a tracked service because we know how important it is for you to be able to see when your orders are due to arrive, and for them to come in good time. We've found this Royal Mail service to be super speedy on the whole, and very reliable!

    Get FREE standard delivery to the UK mainland when you spend £45 or more (after any discounts) - simply select the Free Standard Delivery at checkout if you are eligible! Please note this offer excludes subscription box orders.

    International Delivery

This is due to reduced staffing, greater health and safety measures to ensure everything is handled safely, as well as higher volumes of mail and delays at customs and ports.

    We do deliver internationally, and use Royal Mail International Standard for this service (not signed for). For estimates of the delivery cost, see below. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes on the item, so please bear this in mind when you order. 

    We have included some of the most popular examples of countries in each zone. For a comprehensive list of countries included in each zone, take a look at http://www.royalmail.com/international-zones for further guidance.

    Delivery price is dependent upon the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are 3-5 days for Europe, and 5-7 days for the World Zones 1 & 2.

    Please note that we do not send our parcels on a tracked service.

    Delivery Time Estimates/Late deliveries

    Most of our parcels arrive promptly but we cannot guarantee delivery times and this is just an estimate. Please allow up to 12 working days for your parcel to arrive from the date of posting (UK). We use Royal Mail for most deliveries, who are generally pretty quick, but occasionally they can take a little longer. If your order still hasn't arrived 12 working days after it was sent, please get in touch with us for us to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

    For international items, please allow up to 20 working days from when your delivery was due for Europe and 25 working days from when your delivery was due for the rest of the world. If it has not arrived by then, please get in touch with us for us to arrange either a replacement or a refund. 

    Return Postage

    If you'd like to return an item (unfortunately we cannot accept returns on cut fabrics and trims) then you will need to pay for the return postage of the item to us. We recommend you send this on a tracked service for peace of mind. We will process your refund when we receive your goods back to us in good saleable condition. Please make sure you include a note with your order number on!
