LAST POSTING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS

We recommend you place your order by the following date to give you the best chance of receiving your items in time for Christmas:

Monday 11th December - Worldwide Delivery

Sunday 17th December - UK delivery

Please remember this is not a guarantee and if you can, order your items with plenty of time to avoid disappointment!

Our warehouse will be closed for Christmas break from Wednesday 20th December to Monday 1st January inclusive, so any orders placed in this time will be despatched upon our return.

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your order, before it goes out for delivery. Orders processed before 3.30pm will be sent out the same working day, and we'll send you a dispatch email to let you know they're on their way. Our warehouse is open for for dispatch Monday-Friday.

Delivery for regular UK orders is currently £4.50 for standard delivery, and £5.50 for first class delivery. Subscription boxes are sent on an untracked standard service, costing £3.50 per box. We now also offer Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm, if you need an item urgently!

Most parcels will arrive within 1-2 days for first class delivery and 5-7 days for standard delivery, but this is not guaranteed. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days and the tracking has not updated, please get in touch and let us know! We will you need you to wait for this time to pass until we can process a missing item claim. 

We send most orders on a traceable/tracked service because we know how important it is for you to be able to see when your orders are due to arrive, and for them to come in good time. We've found this Royal Mail service to be super speedy on the whole, and very reliable!

FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £55

Get FREE standard delivery to the UK mainland when you spend £55 or more (after any discounts) - simply select the Free Standard Delivery at checkout if you are eligible! Please note this offer excludes subscription box orders.

International Delivery

We do deliver internationally, and use Royal Mail International Tracked for this service (a tracked service). For estimates of the delivery cost, see below. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes on the item, so please bear this in mind when you order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to EU countries at this time.

Delivery price is dependent upon the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are 5-7 days for the World Zones 1 & 2.

Delivery Time Estimates/Late deliveries

Most of our parcels arrive promptly but we cannot guarantee delivery times and this is just an estimate. Please allow up to 12 working days for your parcel to arrive from the date of posting (UK). We use Royal Mail for most deliveries, who are generally pretty quick, but occasionally they can take a little longer. If your order still hasn't arrived 12 working days after it was sent, please get in touch with us for us to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

For international items, please allow up to 20 working days from when your delivery was due for Europe and 25 working days from when your delivery was due for the rest of the world. If it has not arrived by then, please get in touch with us for us to arrange either a replacement or a refund. 

Return Postage

If you'd like to return an item (unfortunately we cannot accept returns on cut fabrics and trims) then you will need to pay for the return postage of the item to us. We recommend you send this on a tracked service for peace of mind. We will process your refund when we receive your goods back to us in good saleable condition. Please make sure you include a note with your order number on!
