Delivery Options

NEW: Click and Collect service available for local customers

We can now offer a limited click and collect service for local customers. This is how it works:

1. Place your order online and select the “pick up” option at check-out. You will be sent a confirmation of your order via email. (please note you will not be able to choose the click and collect option if you pay by PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay)

2. Wait for us to check and prepare your order (estimate 2-4 days)

3. We will send you a further email to let you know that your order is ready for collection. Please come and collect AFTER you’ve received your email, within the collection hours. You’ll need to let us know your order number when you collect.

To enable us to run both our online service and collection service smoothly and safely, please note the following:

  • Collection times are 10-12pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 1-2pm on Fridays. Please do not come outside these hours as we won’t be able to serve you and your order may not be ready. 
  • The shop is now permanently closed except for collection of your orders
  • You will not be able to browse or purchase anything else when collecting so please ensure you order everything you need at the time- message or email us if you need a hand
  • We have implemented rigorous cleaning schedules, and will have hand sanitiser available - please wear a face mask too to help keep us all safe and protected
  • Only 1 person in for collection at a time - if someone is already inside, please wait outside until they come out

COVID-19 UPDATE

Please note that during this difficult time, your order may take longer to be processed and delivered than the estimates below - please allow up to 2 weeks for your parcel to arrive before you get in contact with us (UK deliveries - international may be longer). This is due to reduced staffing and greater health and safety measures to ensure everything is handled safely, as well as higher volumes of mail with our couriers. 

We send most of our deliveries with Royal Mail, who have currently issued this statement:

"Despite our best endeavours, it is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to coronavirus-related absences at their local mail centre or delivery office.

We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services. On the 14th March 2020 the US travel ban for passengers from EU countries was extended to include the UK and Ireland and many European countries have also closed their borders. These restrictions apply to the movement of people not goods. Royal Mail’s International services are operational and we continue to accept traffic for destinations across the globe. However, delays are expected due to the authorities in these countries applying special orders e.g. quarantine; or special measures being implemented (e.g. diverting to mail boxes, replacement procedures for obtaining a signature) by the local postal/delivery service to minimise the spread of the virus."

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your order, before it goes out for delivery. Your items will be sent out the next working day after you receive your dispatch email.

Most parcels will arrive within 1-2 days and 3-5 days respective of the delivery type selected, but this is not guaranteed - please allow 12 working days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive.  If your order hasn't arrived in this time, please get in touch and let us know! Unfortunately we will you need you to wait for this time to pass until we can process a missing item claim.

FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £45

Get FREE standard delivery to the UK mainland when you spend £45 or more (after any discounts) - simply select the Free Standard Delivery at checkout if you are eligible! Please note this excludes subscription box orders are sadly not included in this offer.

International Delivery

We do deliver internationally, and use Royal Mail International Standard for this service (not signed for). For estimates of the delivery cost, see below. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes on the item, so please bear this in mind when you order.

Delivery Time Estimates/Late deliveries

Most of our parcels arrive promptly but we cannot guarantee delivery times and this is just an estimate. Please allow up to 12 working days for your parcel to arrive from the date of posting (UK). We use Royal Mail for most deliveries, who are generally pretty quick, but occasionally they can take a little longer. If your order still hasn't arrived 12 working days after it was sent, please get in touch with us for us to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

For international items, please allow up to 20 working days from when your delivery was due for Europe and 25 working days from when your delivery was due for the rest of the world. If it has not arrived by then, please get in touch with us for us to arrange either a replacement or a refund. 

Return Postage

If you'd like to return an item (sorry but unfortunately we cannot accept returns on cut fabrics) then you will need to pay for the return postage of the item to us. We recommend you send this on a tracked service for peace of mind. We will process your refund when we receive your goods back to us in good saleable condition.
