    How it Works

    1. Create an account on the website so you can manage your subscription online. Decide which subscription box you would like and purchase. Unfortunately you can't buy other products at the same time as your box due to the recurring payment setup on your subscription.
    2. You will receive an email to confirm your subscription and we'll get cracking on making up your first box. When your box is ready and has been shipped out, you will receive another email to let you know it's on its way.
    3. Your next boxes will be billed on the same date as you ordered your first box, every month (or 2/3 months if you have a bi-monthly or stash club box). We'll email you to let you know if you need to update your card details or your payment hasn't gone through. Your box will be sent out as soon as your payment has been processed each month.


    Cancellation is easy! If you want to cancel, simply sign in to your online account if you have one, and click on 'manage subscription'. Bear in mind that cancelling your subscription only applies to future boxes, so if your payment/box has already processed that day then you won't be able to cancel it by cancelling in your online account. If you don't have an online account, you can also email us to let us know you want to cancel. We aim to fulfill cancellation requests within 1 working day.

    We cannot cancel boxes that have already had payments processed, but otherwise we have no cancellation period or notice required. 

      How do I change my card or address details?

      To change your address or card details, please log into your account and go to 'manage my subscription'. Alternatively, drop us an email or give us a ring and we can update your details ourselves.

      What do I do if my box hasn't arrived?

      If your box hasn't arrived within 12 working days of you receiving your despatch email, please let us know. It's not very often that parcels go missing but it can happen!

      Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

      Of course you can! Either log into your account and go to 'manage my subscription' or drop us an email and we can change it for you.

      Can I get a box without subscribing?

      Sadly not. We save all our best stuff for subscribers, because that's part of the benefits of being in our subscription club! You can purchase one-off boxes if you want to get a taste of what they're like, but they won't come with patterns or subscriber offers. If you are nervous about the monthly commitment, don't forget that you can cancel your subscription at any time - so if you decide you don't like it, don't use it up quickly enough or simply can't afford to keep getting them, you can cancel hassle-free. We'll miss you, but we won't judge you!

      I'm trying to add a box to my basket but it keeps telling me I need to log in?

      You need to create an account or log in to our website before you can sign up or add a subscription box to your basket. This is so we can set up the online account management area for your subscription, where you can log in and check or change any details on your subscription such as addresses or payment info.
