You're getting an upgrade...

We're always working on ways we can improve your experience as our most valued customers, and we're happy to announce that after a migration to a new subscription platform, we've got some new features set up exclusively for subscription box members in our new customer subscription portal (find it in your account area when you log in).
Please note these features are only available to those who subscribe to a physical subscription box and not a digital PDF subscription at this time, as you need to have shipping set up to enable these features.

Perks has a new home

You can now view your exclusive subscriber-only deals directly in your subscription customer portal, and not only this, but add your deals to your next box order to save on postage! 
 
Simply click 'Add product' on the image and confirm using the button, to add it to your next subscription order.

Want to check it's added to your next order?

Refresh the page on your customer portal, then scroll down to 'Manage upcoming orders' and expand the section to view upcoming orders. You should see it added to your next box order as a one-time purchase. You will be charged for both items on your next subscription date.

TRIAL feature: Express Add-On

We're also trialing a new feature that allows you to add any products from the website to your upcoming subscription order. Make sure you're logged in first, then head to any product page and you'll see a box appear that allows you to add it to your next subscription order. 
 
Just select the quantity desired and then click the message in the Express Add-ons box to add it to your next order! You will be charged at your next subscription date for all items added.
 
Please note: if an item is out-of-stock when your payment is taken, we may have to refund you for the item requested. See the trial limitations below to understand how this works.

Trial limitations

Currently our system can't allocate or hold stock for these orders until they are paid for on your subscription payment date, so if they go out of stock between adding and paying for them, we may have to remove this item from your order and refund you. This is most likely to be the case for printed fabrics that we can't re-order, so if you want to guarantee you'll receive this item then please place a separate order. We tend to keep all basics like haberdashery and interfacing in stock the majority of the time so these should not be an issue.
 
We're working on ways to work around/change this but it's not possible at the moment, which is why we are trialing this feature for now! 

Want to check something has been added to your next order?

If you made a mistake or change your mind, simply click 'remove' to remove it from your next order.
