Amber Makes Luxury Velvet Busy Bees Weekender Bag Sewing Kit

Have a go at making this luxurious velvet weekender bag with this handy pre-printed panel kit from Amber Makes. 

This luxury weekender bag is beautifully illustrated in supersoft velvet, with a contrast cotton lining. The bees are busily flying over the velvet fabric and positioned carefully on each fabric piece to create a true designer bag.  The spotty cotton poplin lining is in a matching shade of gold. 

The bag has a double slider zip opening for easy access, an internal zip pocket to keep those smaller items to hand, circular ends and matching handles too for carrying or slinging over your shoulder – with a velvet shoulder pad to make it super comfy to carry. It’s the perfect bag for an overnight stay, a weekend away, taking to the gym bag or just for carrying your essential items.

The kit contains a velvet digitally printed fabric panel which includes all the pieces you need to make the bag outer - just cut them out and sew together. Also included is a metre of cotton poplin lining to create a fully lined, co-ordinated bag, and you use the velvet pieces as templates for cutting out the lining pieces – it couldn’t be easier! The matching bag zip and the pocket zip are both included in the kit too.
