You will need:

• Sewing machine and basic sewing tools
• Fat quarter/quarter metre of printed cotton fabric
• Fat quarter/quarter metre of wadding (we used 80/20 polycotton)
• Matching thread
• Plastic snap (or sew-on if you prefer)
• Scrap of ribbon for hanging loop (optional)
